If you live in the US, you must turn on ABC tonight and tune in! TRUST me you won't regret it. <3 <3
The whole premise of the show is sheer brilliance, and the amazing ensemble cast is unbelievable.
That's all bye.
Wow, so ok. It's been a long time. I've gotten really busy lately, and I can't promise I'll be back for good, but I'm going to try.
Actually, I'm working on making an icon/graphics journal. I'm not sure when I'll be done with that. Definitely by October 1st, because I'm going to post icons every Thursday after each Pushing Daisies episode. I feel like iconing Pushing Daisies. I'm working on some PD graphics right now to post on there once I figure out how to get it finished.
I don't think I'm making much sense here. I'm kind of out of it as far as intelligent writing is concerned. I totally need to get back to it.
So, this is a post to let you know that I'm coming back... eventually. So don't give up on me. ;)
Yeah, I know. I haven't posted properly in FOREVER. *kicks self*
I just had to share this.
I've grown increasingly obsessed with the lovely, and amazingly talented Kelli O'Hara recently. And we all know how much I love "Don't Quit Your Night Job"...
How amazing is that? Geez Louise. I love her. And I'm especially in love with her portrayal of Nellie Forbush in the current revival of South Pacific. If you haven't bought the CD yet, DO it. Now. That's not a request.
So, my newest guilty pleasure is the current Broadway cast of Grease. I watched the show when they were chosen, and I LOVED it, but just recently I re-discovered them and now I'm growing increasingly obsessed with Max and Laura. They are so adorable. And I really want to see this show now. But we all know it's next to impossible. I have quite a long list of shows I want to see now. And I probably will never get to NYC to see them... *long sigh*
Max Crumm is twenty kinds of cute. I just can't even express it. I have a soft spot for sweet little (nerdy) guys, so I rooted for him all the way. And he wears converses. And he's just hilarious.
Laura Osnes is so gorgeous, and sweet and I loved that whole thing about her getting married, and her husband coming on opening night, and... just aww. I'm a sucker for romance.
Anyway. I can now sing EVERY. SINGLE. SONG on the cast album and I have to be careful or my little sisters will start singing, "You're the one that I want.. ooh, ooh, ohh!" in public... embarrassing... wonder where they get that. *rollseyes*.
In other news:
I'm in the process of making all my darling userpics. (I'm not too happy with this one actually, but I'll fix it tomorrow.) And I have a surprise! Yay! It's a cute graphic-y surprise. And I'll give a hint. Sutton Foster fans will LOVE it. That's all I'm gonna say. ;)
Have a good night!!
